Terms of Use — Arrivederci Luxury Charters

These terms apply to your use of arrivedercicharters.com and to charters and memberships offered by FJ Marine Luxury Charters LLC, doing business as Arrivederci Luxury Charters and the Arrivederci Yacht Club ("Arrivederci", "we"). By using the site or booking with us you agree to them. Your signed charter or membership agreement also applies; if anything differs, the signed agreement controls.

Bookings

Requests sent through the site or WhatsApp are not confirmed until we confirm availability and you pay the reservation deposit.
The person booking must be 18 or older. Each charter is limited to 13 guests.
Prices shown are per charter (not per person) and may change until your booking is confirmed. Extras such as DJ, live music, spa, photography, catering and décor are optional and quoted separately.

Payments

A $300 deposit, paid online through Stripe, reserves your date.
The remaining balance is paid in person before boarding, by cash, card or Zelle.
A $400 refundable security deposit is due before boarding and is returned after the charter, less any damage or loss.

Captain and bareboat charter

Charters are bareboat: you hire and pay your captain directly, choosing from our list of independent, licensed captains. Arrivederci provides the yacht. Captains are not our employees, and the captain's fee and any gratuity are agreed with the captain.

Cancellations and weather

Cancel 14 days or more before your charter for a full refund of the deposit. Cancellations less than 14 days before are not refundable.
If severe weather or safety conditions prevent the charter, we will reschedule it with you.
Charters may end early, without refund, if guests break safety rules or the captain's instructions.

On board

Guests must follow the captain's and crew's instructions at all times. No smoking on board.
You may bring your own drinks. Excessive drinking, illegal substances and unsafe behavior are not allowed.
Swimming, floats and the paddleboard are used at your own risk; children must be supervised by an adult at all times.
The person who books is responsible for their guests and for any damage to the yacht or equipment.

Memberships

Yacht Club memberships (Silver, Gold, Platinum) include a one-time $999 entry fee plus the monthly plan. Outings are booked by availability. Full membership terms, including minimum term and cancellation, are in the membership agreement you sign.

The text, photos, videos and logos on this site belong to Arrivederci or are used with permission and may not be copied without consent. We try to keep information accurate, but prices, availability and details may change.

Liability

To the extent allowed by law, Arrivederci is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for personal belongings lost or damaged on board. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, and any dispute will be handled in the courts of Miami-Dade County, Florida.

Estos términos se aplican al uso de arrivedercicharters.com y a los charters y membresías que ofrece FJ Marine Luxury Charters LLC, que opera como Arrivederci Luxury Charters y Arrivederci Yacht Club ("Arrivederci", "nosotros"). Al usar el sitio o reservar con nosotros los aceptás. También se aplica tu acuerdo firmado de charter o de membresía; si algo difiere, prevalece el acuerdo firmado.

Reservas

Las solicitudes enviadas por el sitio o WhatsApp no quedan confirmadas hasta que confirmemos disponibilidad y pagues el depósito de reserva.
Quien reserva debe tener 18 años o más. Cada charter tiene un máximo de 13 personas.
Los precios son por charter (no por persona) y pueden cambiar hasta que tu reserva esté confirmada. Los extras como DJ, música en vivo, spa, fotografía, catering y decoración son opcionales y se cotizan aparte.

Pagos

Un depósito de $300, pagado en línea con Stripe, reserva tu fecha.
El saldo se paga en persona antes de embarcar, en efectivo, tarjeta o Zelle.
Antes de embarcar se deja un depósito de seguridad reembolsable de $400, que se devuelve después del charter, menos cualquier daño o pérdida.

Capitán y charter sin tripulación (bareboat)

Los charters son bareboat: vos contratás y le pagás directamente al capitán, eligiendo de nuestra lista de capitanes independientes con licencia. Arrivederci provee el yate. Los capitanes no son empleados nuestros, y su tarifa y propina se acuerdan con el capitán.

Cancelaciones y clima

Si cancelás con 14 días o más de anticipación, se reembolsa el depósito completo. Las cancelaciones con menos de 14 días no son reembolsables.
Si el mal tiempo o las condiciones de seguridad impiden el charter, lo reprogramamos con vos.
El charter puede terminar antes, sin reembolso, si los invitados no respetan las normas de seguridad o las indicaciones del capitán.

A bordo

Los invitados deben seguir siempre las indicaciones del capitán y la tripulación. No se fuma a bordo.
Podés traer tus bebidas. No se permite el consumo excesivo de alcohol, sustancias ilegales ni conductas peligrosas.
Nadar y usar los flotadores y el paddleboard es bajo tu propio riesgo; los niños deben estar siempre supervisados por un adulto.
Quien reserva es responsable de sus invitados y de cualquier daño al yate o al equipo.

Membresías

Las membresías del Yacht Club (Plata, Oro, Platino) incluyen un valor de ingreso único de $999 más el plan mensual. Las salidas se reservan según disponibilidad. Los términos completos, incluido el plazo mínimo y la cancelación, están en el acuerdo de membresía que firmás.

Contenido del sitio

Los textos, fotos, videos y logos de este sitio pertenecen a Arrivederci o se usan con permiso y no pueden copiarse sin autorización. Tratamos de mantener la información correcta, pero los precios, la disponibilidad y los detalles pueden cambiar.

Responsabilidad

En la medida en que la ley lo permita, Arrivederci no es responsable por pérdidas indirectas o consecuentes, ni por objetos personales perdidos o dañados a bordo. Nada en estos términos limita la responsabilidad que la ley no permite limitar.

Ley aplicable

Estos términos se rigen por las leyes del Estado de Florida, y cualquier disputa se resolverá en los tribunales del condado de Miami-Dade, Florida.
